Little Soccer Stars (LSS) – Terms and Conditions & Privacy Policy

1. Introduction and Definitions

LSS: Refers to Little Soccer Stars Ltd, including employees and borough partners.
Guardian/Parent: The individual responsible for the child enrolled.
Booked Course: A course with confirmed and cleared payment.
Class: A scheduled session within a course.
Venue: The location of the session.
Participant/Child: The child attending the service.
Coach: The qualified individual delivering the session.
Fees: Any payments made to LSS.

LSS reserves the right to update these Terms. Updates will be posted on our website.


2. Payments and Fees

Bookings must be paid in full before attendance.

Payments are made via PayPal or Stripe.

LSS offers both subscription billing (e.g. weekly classes) and one-off payments (e.g. camps).

Subscription payments are collected automatically unless cancelled with notice.

Fees are non-refundable except under Section 3.

LSS does not store or share card payment details.


3. Cancellations and Refunds

LSS-Initiated Cancellations

If a class is cancelled (e.g. due to weather or venue closure), a make-up session will be offered within 28 days. If not possible, credit will be applied.

Important - Notice period begins once all information has been received via email or contact form to the appropriate borough.


4. Football Camps – Hackney & Islington (Childcare+ Services)

Football camps in Hackney & Islington are operated by LSS Camps and Education Ltd, a related company focused on extended childcare and camp services.

These services fall under our Childcare+ programme, offering full-day drop-off care supported by football, play, and structured supervision.

These services are Ofsted-exempt and not eligible for childcare vouchers or tax-free childcare.


5. Health and Safety

Parents must disclose medical conditions before sessions begin.
Sick children or those with contagious conditions must not attend.
Medication must be clearly labelled and passed to staff.
Risk assessments and first aid coverage are in place at all venues.


6. Parent and Participant Responsibilities

Provide accurate contact, medical, and collection details.
Parents must notify staff if leaving the venue early.
Only authorised adults may collect children.
Behaviour must be respectful; poor behaviour may lead to removal.
Recording or photography is not permitted during sessions.


6.1 Parental Supervision Requirement

Unless otherwise stated (e.g. Childcare+ sessions), parents or guardians must remain on-site during all sessions — especially for weekly and weekend coaching.

6.2 Code of Conduct for Children

Children are expected to behave safely and respectfully. Disruptive, unsafe, or bullying behaviour may result in suspension or removal from the programme.


7. Loss and Liability

LSS is not liable for:

8. Use of Images and Videos

We may take photos or videos during sessions for use on social media or marketing.

To opt out, please email info@littlesoccerstars.com. We will respect all written requests not to include children in promotional content.


9. Privacy and Data Use

We store essential contact and child data securely.
No card details are stored by LSS.
Data is not shared for external marketing.
You can view, update, or delete your data at any time.
Privacy updates will be announced via website or email.


10. Communications Consent

By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to communications including:

LSS does not share personal information with third parties for marketing.
Emails may be managed via trusted platforms like Mailchimp.
You can unsubscribe from promotional messages at any time.


11. Medical Emergency Consent

By enrolling, you authorise LSS staff to seek emergency medical assistance for your child if you or emergency contacts cannot be reached.


12. Childcare+ Programme Scope

The Childcare+ programme applies only to designated drop-off services such as holiday camps and Mini Leagues.

It is currently available only in Hackney and Islington.

It does not apply to weekend or weekly coaching sessions that require parent supervision.


13. Force Majeure

LSS is not responsible for disruption due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

14. Borough Partner Structure

Little Soccer Stars operates through a network of borough partners, each responsible for managing sessions locally under the LSS brand.

Borough partners oversee bookings, communication, staffing, and customer service — while adhering to shared policies, safeguarding standards, and brand values.

Prices and services may vary in each borough.


15. Educational Booklet Auto Enrolment

The Educational Booklet auto enrolment applies only to memberships in Waltham Forest, operated by LSS Walthamstow LTD.

This policy is effective from 1st October 2025.

All members are automatically enrolled in a 6-month Education Programme
(£42 per month: £22 for classes + £20 for two educational booklets - £10 each).

The educational booklets form part of the club’s structured player development pathway and are included for the full 6-month term.

After the initial term, members may opt out of the booklet component for future terms, reducing the monthly fee for classes to £22.

If attendance or engagement is low, the 6-month term may be extended to allow completion before progression.

If membership is cancelled during the 6-month term, any booklets already supplied are non-refundable.

17. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by English law.
If any provision is found invalid, all other terms remain in effect.
Not enforcing a term does not waive our right to do so later.
