LSS: Little Soccer Stars Ltd, including employees and approved borough partners.
Parent / Guardian: The individual legally responsible for the enrolled child.
Booked Course: A course with confirmed and cleared payment.
Class: A scheduled session within a booked course.
Venue: The location where sessions take place.
Participant / Child: The child attending LSS services.
Coach: A qualified individual delivering sessions on behalf of LSS.
Fees: Any payments made to LSS.

All bookings must be paid in full before attendance.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal.
LSS offers:
Subscription billing (e.g. weekly classes)
One-off payments (e.g. holiday camps)
Subscription payments renew automatically unless cancelled with the required notice.
Fees are non-refundable, except where stated in Section 3.
LSS does not store or share card payment details.
If a class is cancelled due to circumstances such as weather, venue closure, or staffing issues:
A make-up session will be offered within 28 days, or
Credit will be applied if a replacement session is not possible.
Full refunds are available only where cancellation is received at least 7 days before the course start date, and no sessions have been attended.
Once a course has started, no refunds will be issued.
Missed sessions due to personal reasons (including but not limited to illness, holidays, or scheduling conflicts) are not eligible for refunds or credits.
It is the parent’s responsibility to notify LSS if they wish to cancel a membership.
Your child’s place remains reserved (and chargeable) until a valid cancellation request is received under the notice periods below:

Football camps in Hackney & Islington are operated by LSS Camps and Education Ltd, a related company delivering extended childcare services.
These fall under our Childcare+ Programme, offering supervised drop-off care.
⏰ 9:00am – 3:00pm camp day
➕ Optional Childcare+ hour until 4:00pm
✅ DBS-checked staff trained in safeguarding & first aid
⚽ Football, structured play, and calm wind-down activities
📝 Mandatory sign-in and sign-out procedures
These services are Ofsted-exempt and not eligible for childcare vouchers or tax-free childcare.
Medical conditions must be disclosed before participation.
Children who are unwell or contagious must not attend sessions.
Any medication must be clearly labelled and handed directly to staff.
Risk assessments and first-aid provision are in place at all venues.
Provide accurate contact, medical, and collection details.
Notify staff if leaving the venue early.
Only authorised adults may collect children.
Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in suspension or removal.
Recording or photography during sessions is not permitted.
Unless stated otherwise (e.g. Childcare+ sessions), parents or guardians must remain on-site during all weekly and weekend coaching sessions.
Children are expected to behave safely and respectfully. Persistent disruptive, unsafe, or bullying behaviour may result in removal from the programme.
LSS is not liable for:
Weather-related disruption
Travel delays
Venue issues outside our control
Lost or damaged personal belongings
Indirect or financial loss due to service changes
Any liability is strictly limited to the total fees paid for the relevant service.
LSS may take photos or videos during sessions for marketing and promotional use.

All written opt-out requests will be respected. Images are used responsibly and children are never identified by full name.
Essential child and contact data is stored securely.
No card payment details are stored by LSS.
Data is not shared with third parties for marketing.
You may view, update, or request deletion of your data at any time.
Privacy updates will be communicated via our website or email.
By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to receiving communications relating to:
Payments and billing
Class schedules or changes
Safety, feedback, or service updates
Emails may be sent via trusted platforms such as Mailchimp.
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time.
By enrolling your child, you authorise LSS staff to act reasonably to seek emergency medical assistance if you or your emergency contacts cannot be reached.
The Childcare+ Programme applies only to designated drop-off services such as holiday camps and Mini Leagues.
It does not apply to:
Weekend sessions
Weekly coaching sessions requiring parental supervision
Currently available in Hackney and Islington only.
LSS is not responsible for disruption caused by events beyond our control, including:
Extreme weather
Public health restrictions
Industrial action
Venue closures
Where possible, alternative arrangements or rescheduling will be offered.
Little Soccer Stars operates through approved borough partners who manage local delivery under the LSS brand.
Borough partners are responsible for:
Local bookings
Communication
Staffing
Customer service
All partners adhere to shared safeguarding standards, policies, and brand values.
Pricing and services may vary by borough.
Where a membership includes a printed or electronic educational booklet, this forms part of a mixed supply of goods and services.
VAT is applied in accordance with HMRC guidance on mixed supplies.
The VAT shown at checkout reflects the correct allocation between:
Coaching services
Printed or electronic educational materials

If any provision is found invalid, all remaining terms remain in effect.
Failure to enforce a term does not waive the right to enforce it later.
